Matzu

Matzu plans it. You walk it. Ask anything.

The tour guide
that talks back.

Matzu plans your day, tells you the story of each place as you arrive, and answers your questions. Ask a follow-up. Follow your curiosity. It is a conversation, not just an audio guide.

Watch the new 96-second demo

Free download · 30 free voice minutes for new accounts.
Paid top-ups when you need more. No subscription.

New demo · 1 minute 36 seconds · Updated 14 September 2026. Plan your day, walk and listen, ask questions, and change your plans. Edited app recordings from separate sessions, with dubbed voiceover and recreated guide audio. The question-and-answer example is generated using Matzu's prompt and voice, not recorded on the phone. Waiting is shortened and walking is sped up; detail cards are opened manually.

One day. Your kind of tour.

Matzu plans it. You walk it. Ask anything.

01

Plan your day.

Plan by voice or chat. In the demo, a request for London's iconic sights becomes a London itinerary, with stop cards, visit times and a route map.

02

Walk and listen.

Start the tour and walk. Location-triggered narration tells you about a stop as you arrive. Visited places are marked, so you can see your progress.

03

Ask. Then ask more.

Open Ask Matzu and ask about what has caught your attention. Hear an answer and ask a follow-up. The demo includes a question about Tower Bridge and a second question that follows naturally from the answer.

And when your plans change, talk to Matzu. Ask for a restaurant after St Paul's Cathedral: the final example shows The Ivy Asia added to the route, its detail card, and its website opening for a booking.

Before you try it

Simple to start.
Clear about the limits.

Start with the included allowance. Matzu is free to download, with 30 free voice minutes to get started. More usage is available through paid top-ups; there is no subscription. Planning and narration generation can also use the allowance.

Online for planning and conversation. Download narrations in advance if you want to listen offline. New planning, live questions and new narration generation need an internet connection.
